The RHRA is establishing a Licensee Engagement Forum (LEF), which provides a conduit to receive direct and regular feedback from licensees, operators and managers, and is part of RHRA’s enhanced efforts to provide proactive guidance and support on meeting legislative requirements.
RHRA issued a notice to the sector to outline what licensees and their retirement home managers can expect as part of the upcoming regulatory requirement – the Annual Information Return (AIR).
We are delighted to announce the official launch of the RHRA Self-Service Portal, now available to all licensees and operators. This innovative platform is designed to streamline administrative processes for our entire community.
Please be advised that after careful consideration, the Board of Directors for the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA) has approved a $0.39 inflationary increase to the Annual Fee for the 2025/26 fiscal year. The inflationary increase will bring the RHRA’s fee from $14.59 to $14.98 per suite, per month, effective April 1, 2025.
