Welcome to the RHRA Self-Service Portal! We are excited to offer this innovative tool designed to enhance the experience, efficiency and transparency of your interactions with the RHRA. The self-service portal allows licensees and operators to complete and submit all necessary forms electronically, including complaints, mandatory reports, applications and notices of change. With user-friendly interfaces and secure digital signatures, managing your submissions has never been easier.
The portal also provides better visibility into the progress of your applications and notices of change, improving communication and transparency with the RHRA. Automated email confirmations and incident tracking ensure that you stay informed every step of the way, making the process more seamless and efficient.
In modernizing our technology, the portal offers you more choice in how you engage with us. While use of the portal is encouraged for its many benefits, it is not mandatory. We believe that once you experience the streamlined processes and improved interactions, you’ll find the portal to be an invaluable tool.
