Upcoming Regulatory Requirement for Retirement Homes – Annual Information Return

RHRA issued a notice to the sector to outline what licensees and their retirement home managers can expect as part of the upcoming regulatory requirement – the Annual Information Return (AIR).
In advance of this process, kindly review RHRA’s Retirement Home Database to ensure contact information is current for the licensee and/or the retirement home manager. If any information needs to be changed, please complete a notice of change request (NoC) as soon as possible.
Licensees (owners) and/or retirement home managers (day-to-day home administrators) who have any questions or require further guidance on completing and submitting their AIR response can contact the RHRA via email at info@rhra.ca or call 1-855-ASK-RHRA (1-855-275-7472).
