If you have a complaint against the conduct of an RHRA staff member, an RHRA policy or a policy’s application, you may submit an Administrative Complaint. Administrative Complaints can be submitted directly to the RHRA through the form contained in the Administrative Complaint Policy. If you would prefer reporting anonymously, a third-party service is also available.
Complaints that express dissatisfaction with a decision made by the Registrar, relate to an inspection finding, or relate to regulatory policy or legal interpretation, are not Administrative Complaints.
