RHRA is pleased to announce the reappointment of Nav Sandhawalia as Risk Officer

RHRA is pleased to announce that Nav Sandhawalia has been re-appointed by the RHRA Board of Directors as the Risk Officer for a second three-year term, from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2024. The Risk Officer is an independent, statutory officer, who reports directly to the Board. The Retirement Homes Act, 2010 (Act) requires that the Risk Officer review and assess the effectiveness of RHRA’s administration of the Act and regulations. This includes RHRA’s activities relating to ensuring that licensees meet the care and safety standards and respect the rights of residents set out in the Act and regulations.
