Condition 1: The Licensee must employ or retain, at its own expense, a person(s), acceptable to the RHRA, who will have responsibility for monitoring and ensuring the compliance of the Licensee with the Retirement Homes Act, 2010 and its Regulation and must ensure that person has sufficient financial and other resources to do so. The person(s) must meet the following criteria:i) Experience managing the provision of care services in a congregate care or health care setting; and,
ii) Capable of and empowered to ensure implementation of compliant policies and procedures that will create a safe environment for residents.
Condition 2: The Licensee must immediately advise the RHRA of any change in the contractual status with the Licensee of the person(s) employed or retained pursuant to Condition 1.
Condition 3: The Licensee shall not permit any former licensee that held a licence number listed below, or any past or present officer or director of a former licensee that held a licence number listed below, as set out in a list to be provided to the Licensee, to have any decision-making authority, whether direct or indirect, with respect to the operations of the Home, the finances of the Home, or the business of operating the Home.

Condition 5: The Licensee shall not permit any past or present officer or director of, or any past or present shareholder in, Ultracare Management Inc., as set out in a list to be provided to the Licensee, to have any decision-making authority, whether direct or indirect, with respect to the Home, the finances of the Home, or the business of operating the Home
