The following conditions apply to the RHRA-issued licence of The Regency of Lakefield Inc. o/a Regency Retirement Residence (the “Licensee”):Condition 1: The Licensee may not establish or administer trust accounts for its residents or hold any money on behalf of a resident of the home.
Condition 2: The Licensee must employ or retain, at its own expense, a person approved by the Registrar who will have responsibility to monitor and ensure the compliance of the Licensee with the Retirement Homes Act, 2010 and its regulations and who will act as the primary contact person for communications with the RHRA, including providing timely responses to inquiries and requests for documents and information made by the RHRA.
Condition 3: The Licensee must immediately advise the RHRA of any change in that individual’s employment with the Regency
