RHRA Consultation On The New Annual Information Return (AIR)

The AIR consultation is now CLOSED. RHRA would like to thank everyone for their thoughtful feedback.

A summary of the feedback will be posted in early 2024.

RHRA needs your input! We are pleased to invite feedback from residents, licensees, operators, seniors’ organizations and any other interested parties on an updated approach to collecting information from Ontario’s licensed retirement homes.

This approach, called “Annual Information Return” (AIR), will deepen RHRA’s understanding of the retirement homes sector and support regulatory activities to protect residents and reduce administrative burden on homes.
